Baseball season is fast approaching, and the Middlesex Youth Baseball Association (MYBA) is seeking your support in making this season as successful as possible. Maintaining an organization that supports our youth is a large financial endeavor, and we sincerely would appreciate your support. This year the MYBA will have over 150 children registered in our baseball program.

The MYBA is a non-profit organization that educates local youths, 5 through 12 years of age, with baseball instruction for organized participation. The purpose of the MYBA is to develop the good sportsmanship, character and teamwork in the children of the community, so that they may grow into healthier, happier children through a positive athletic experience.

This season, MYBA will schedule more than 110 games this upcoming season with children and parents from Middlesex Township, other local townships and the Carlisle & Mechanicsburg area playing and attending the games.

Financial support from local businesses is essential for the MYBA to provide this service to the community. Your business sponsorship will not only promote a successful 2007 baseball season, but will provide visibility for your business long after the season has ended. We hope that one of the Sponsorship options offered will fit within your business’ advertising, community involvement, marketing, or charitable contributions budget. Corporate Sponsorships are available this year as follows:

Titanium Level:

• 2 large 3 X 6 banners on the centerfield fence of 2 separate fields (first come first serve for prime locations). Banner will contain your business name, address and phone number. Any additional information or logos will be additional cost.
• Full page ad placed in MYBA programs given out to more than 150 families.
• A direct link to your website from the MYBA website home page.
• 2 “sponsor baskets” in our annual basket bingo event.
• Your business will also be displayed at our concession stand throughout the season on a Sponsor Thank you banner.
• Tax deductible contribution - $1,000

Platinum Level:

• 1 Large 3 X 6 banner on the outfield fence. Banner will contain your Business name, address and phone number. Any additional information or logos will be additional cost.
• ½ page ad placed in MYBA programs give out to over 150 families.
• Your business including name, address, phone number and website will proudly be displayed on our sponsor page of our website.
• 1 “sponsor basket” in our annual basket bingo event
• Your business will also be shown at our concession stand throughout the season on a Sponsor Thank You banner.
• Tax deductible contribution - $500

Gold Level:

• ¼ page ad placed in MYBA programs give out to over 150 families.
• Your business including name, address, phone number and website will proudly be displayed on our sponsor page of our website.
• 1 “sponsor basket” in our annual basket bingo event.
• Your business will also be shown at our concession stand throughout the season on a Sponsor Thank You banner.
• Tax deductible contribution - $250

Team Sponsorships:

In additional to one of the above sponsorship levels, your business can also proudly sponsor one or more of our teams for only an additional tax deductible contribution of $250 per team. As a team sponsor, your business will receive:

• One MYBA proud sponsor team plaque for your office or lobby.
• Your business name proudly embroidered on your team’s shirtsleeve.
• Your business will also be shown at our concession stand throughout the season on a Sponsor Thank You banner.

Should you decide to provide financial support for MYBA in the form of additional program advertising or straight donation, please complete the Sponsorship Form and return it to the address mentioned above. Deadline for sponsorship will be 3/31/2008.
